Mark and I had to remove all the pink tape that marked the trail yesterday. We got on our bikes and began the adventure completed by the Amber Off Road participants on Sunday. As you stated the first 2 mile trail section was wonderful at full sun and 70 degrees. However, after my endo through the ditch on the 1st grassy powerline, things changed immensly. As you stated and experienced on Sunday the horse trail next to the trace was a tiring, muscle blasting charge. I don't know if we should appologize to the competitors or just shut up and fade quietly. I do know it was challenging on Thursday; I can do some multiplication and have a idea of what hell it was on Sunday.

I salute you and all the other soldiers who finished or even just started on Sunday. I hope everyone got something positive from the event, if not I am sorry.

Steve

We ain't apologizin' for nothing.

But I sure do respect any and all of those who were out there on Sunday. Everyone who did it needs to be congratulated for their efforts, they are all sick and need help.

We love them all.

p.s. Steve's endo was great, too bad I didn't have my camera!

Mark
